This is a quick and easy to make healthy side dish.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 - 2 lbs of fresh brussels sprouts
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Cut off the ends of the brussels sprouts and remove any loose or yellow leaves.
Place brussels sprouts on a baking sheet.
Add olive oil, salt and pepper.
Mix everything together.
Roast in the oven for about 30 minutes.
While roasting, shake the pan every once in a while so that the brussels sprouts will brown evenly.
