This is a creamy, white fudge with red and green candied cherries.

Christmas Fudge
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup red candied cherries, chopped
- 1/2 cup green candied cherries, chopped
- 18 ounces white chocolate chips
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions:
- Take an 8 x 8 baking pan and line it with foil. Set aside.
- Take some red and green candied cherries and cut them into smaller pieces.
- Cut enough to make 1/2 cup of each color. Set aside.
- In a microwave safe cup or bowl, add white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla.
- Stir together.
- Melt this in the microwave in 20 - 30 second intervals, stirring each time, until it is melted.
- Be careful not to burn it.
- Add the red and green candied cherries.
- Stir together until well combined.
- Place the mixture into your prepared pan.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 3 - 4 hours or until it sets up.
- After it has chilled, lift the foil and the fudge out of the pan and cut into squares to serve.
