Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup red candied cherries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green candied cherries, chopped
  • 18 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions:

  1. Take an 8 x 8 baking pan and line it with foil. Set aside.
  2. Take some red and green candied cherries and cut them into smaller pieces.
  3. Cut enough to make 1/2 cup of each color. Set aside.
  4. In a microwave safe cup or bowl, add white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla.
  5. Stir together.
  6. Melt this in the microwave in 20 - 30 second intervals, stirring each time, until it is melted.
  7. Be careful not to burn it.
  8. Add the red and green candied cherries.
  9. Stir together until well combined.
  10. Place the mixture into your prepared pan.
  11. Chill in the refrigerator for 3 - 4 hours or until it sets up.
  12. After it has chilled, lift the foil and the fudge out of the pan and cut into squares to serve.
