This festive white fudge is made with dried cranberries and chopped walnuts.

Cranberry Walnut Fudge
Ingredients:
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup vanilla frosting
- 1 (12 ounce) package white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2/3 cup dried cranberries
Directions
- Chop enough walnuts to make 1 cup and set aside.
- Zest enough orange to make 1 teaspoon and set aside.
- Take an 8 x 8 baking pan and line it with foil and then spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a bowl, add powdered sugar, cream cheese and frosting. Stir until well combined and then set aside.
- In a microwave safe cup or bowl, add white chocolate chips and butter.
- Melt in the microwave in 20 to 30 second intervals, stirring each time, until melted. Be careful not to burn it.
- Pour this into your powdered sugar mixture.
- Then add the walnuts, dried cranberries and orange zest.
- Stir until well combined.
- Evenly spread mixture into your prepared pan.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 3 - 4 hours or until it sets up.
- Lift the foil and fudge out of the pan and cut into squares to serve.
