Cranberry Walnut Fudge

Ingredients
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon orange zest
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup vanilla frosting
1 (12 ounce) package white chocolate chips
1 tablespoon butter
2/3 cup dried cranberries

Directions
Chop enough walnuts to make 1 cup and set aside.
Zest enough orange to make 1 teaspoon and set aside.
Take an 8 x 8 baking pan and line it with foil and then spray with non-stick cooking spray.
In a bowl, add powdered sugar, cream cheese and frosting. Stir until well combined and then set aside.
In a microwave safe cup or bowl, add white chocolate chips and butter.
Melt in the microwave in 20 to 30 second intervals, stirring each time, until melted. Be careful not to burn it.
Pour this into your powdered sugar mixture.
Then add the walnuts, dried cranberries and orange zest.
Stir until well combined.
Evenly spread mixture into your prepared pan.
Chill in the refrigerator for about 3 - 4 hours or until it sets up.
Lift the foil and fudge out of the pan and cut into squares to serve.
