Marthalee's Pumpkin Ice Cream Pie

Delicious Pumpkin Ice Cream Pie that's easy to make!




Ingredients:

  • Graham cracker crust
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 15oz. can of pure pumpkin
  • 2 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 carton of Cool Whip

Directions:

Put softened ice cream in pie crust.
In a mixing bowl add the sugar and pumpkin and mix well.
Add 1 teaspoon of Pumpkin Pie Spice and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Add 1 small carton of Cool Whip and mix well.
Spread pumpkin mixture over the ice cream. Sprinkle top with Pumpkin pie spice.
Freeze at least 2 hours.
