Marthalee's Pumpkin Ice Cream Pie |
Ingredients Graham cracker crust 1 pint vanilla ice cream 3/4 cup sugar 1 15oz. can of pure pumpkin 2 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 carton of Cool Whip Directions Put softened ice cream in pie crust. In a mixing bowl add the sugar and pumpkin and mix well. Add 1 teaspoon of Pumpkin Pie Spice and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Add 1 small carton of Cool Whip and mix well. Spread pumpkin mixture over the ice cream. Sprinkle top with Pumpkin pie spice. Freeze at least 2 hours. |
