This delicious chocolate sauce is easy to make and hardens on ice cream.
Ingredients:
6 ounces semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup canola oil
Directions:
In a saucepan, add chocolate chips, butter and canola oil.
Over low heat, melt these together, stirring constantly, until smooth.
Then remove from heat and drizzle over ice cream.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
Reheat leftovers to use.
