Tips for Making Dill Pickle Dip
Softened Cream Cheese is Key: Cold cream cheese will clump up when mixed with liquid pickle juice. Leave your cream cheese block on the counter 30–45 minutes prior to making.
Dice Pickles Small: Keeping the pickle dice tiny ensures you get crunch and pickle flavor in every bite without breaking delicate chips when dipping!
Control the Liquid: The recipe allows 2–3 tablespoons. Start with 2 and add the remaining tablespoon if desired.
Pat Pickles Dry: If your diced pickles seem extra wet, lightly patting them with a paper towel prevents extra moisture from watering down your dip as it rests in the fridge.
