This tastes like a mildly spicy soup that reminded us of a cross between soup and chili, so my son called it Chill-oup. This would be good with a nice pan of cornbread. It's so easy it is practically a dump and run meal for a hurry up week night dinner.
Ingredients:
1 (10oz.) can Ro*Tel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chili's, Mild
1 (19oz.) can Progresso 50% Less Sodium Minestrone Soup, undiluted
1 (15oz.) can Ranch Style Beans, undrained
1 lb. Chub Honeysuckle White Ground Turkey (93/7)
Directions:
Brown the turkey in a pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Empty the can of tomatoes, soup and beans into a pan, add cooked turkey; mix well.
Heat through and serve.
