Quick & Easy New England Clam Chowder

This is a great week night soup for the cold weather since it's both quick and easy. I like to serve it in a hollowed out round of sour dough bread as the bowl so you can eat the bowl as you go.




Ingredients:

  • 2 - 6.5oz. cans chopped clams, drained
  • 1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
  • 1 can cream of potato soup, undiluted
  • 1 sm. jar pimentos, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. Dried parsley flakes

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and heat through which ever way you want crock pot, microwave or on top of the stove until hot watching it closely so it doesn't burn.
