This is a delicious cauliflower recipe! It's great as a side dish or snack!
Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
Take a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper. Set aside.
Take 1 head of cauliflower and cut it into florets the size of a golf ball or smaller. Set aside.
In a large bowl, add the olive oil and salt.
Stir until combined.
Add the cauliflower pieces and toss together until all of the pieces are evenly coated.
Spread the cauliflower onto your prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for about 1 hour, turning the cauliflower 2 or 3 times during cooking.
