Salmon Salad


This quick and easy salmon salad is great for lunch or dinner.




Ingredients:

  • 2 cups chopped salmon (fresh cooked salmon or canned salmon drained)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard

Directions:

In a bowl, add all of the ingredients.
Stir together until well combined.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator before serving.
Great served on a sandwich, bed of lettuce or on crackers.
