This delicious recipe is a great way to use up your Thanksgiving leftovers.
Ingredients:
4 cups cooked turkey, shredded
3 to 4 cups cooked vegetables (such as carrots, corn or green beans)
1 to 1 1/2 cup gravy
3 to 4 cups mashed potatoes
1 egg
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Take a large casserole dish and spray it with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
Heat the turkey, vegetables and gravy until warmed.
Place into your prepared dish.
In a bowl, add the mashed potatoes and egg.
Mix together until well combined.
Evenly spread this over the turkey, vegetables and gravy.
Bake in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until the filling is hot and bubbly.
