A really wonderful comfort food that is super easy to make!
Ingredients:
1 lb pork sausage
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
4 cups milk
salt & pepper to taste
biscuits
Directions:
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown sausage and then drain off any excess liquid.
Sprinkle on flour and stir well.
Cook for about 4 - 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Pour in milk and stir.
Continue cooking over medium heat, stirring frequently, until gravy thickens.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve over biscuits.
