Easter Nests

Ingredients:

• 4 cups chow mein noodles
• 1, 11 ounce package butterscotch morsels
• 3/4 cup peanut butter
• jelly beans
• flaked, sweetened coconut
• green food coloring

Directions

1. In a large mixing bowl, add chow mein noodles.
2. Break noodles into smaller pieces then set aside.
3. In a microwave safe bowl, add butterscotch morsels and peanut butter.
4. Melt in microwave and then stir until well combined.
5. Pour the mixture over your noodles and stir together.
6. Let mixture cool some so it will be easier to work with.
7. Using a cookie scoop, place mixture onto wax paper.
8. Press 2 or 3 jelly beans into the middle to make it look like a bird's nest.
9. Optional: To make edible Easter Grass, tint flaked, sweetened coconut with green food coloring.
10. Place nests on top of tinted coconut to make a really cute presentation.
