Rigatoni Casserole


A delicious meal that is very filling and economical.




Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb rigatoni
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb Italian sausage
  • 1, 4 oz can mushrooms, drained
  • 4 cups pasta sauce
  • 2 - 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Cook rigatoni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a skillet, add ground beef and Italian sausage.
Brown over medium heat. Drain any excess liquid.
Place cooked beef and Italian sausage into a 2.5 qt casserole dish.
Add mushrooms, your cooked rigatoni and pasta sauce.
Stir together well.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake in the oven for 20 - 25 minutes.
