A delicious, no bake pie that is easy to throw together. A refreshing dessert that's great for summer!
Ingredients:
1, 15 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
1, 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 cup flaked coconut
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1, 8 ounce carton cool whip
2 graham cracker pie crusts
Directions:
In a large bowl, add crushed pineapple, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, flaked coconut, chopped pecans and cool whip.
Mix together.
Then spoon the mixture evenly between 2 graham cracker pie crusts.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
