This easy to make, creamy fudge has a mild maple flavor and is full of chopped walnuts.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts, divided
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
3 cups white chocolate morsels
1/4 cup butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 teaspoons maple extract
Directions:
Take an 8 x 8 baking pan and line it with foil. The foil should hang over the sides so you can lift the fudge out of the pan.
Chop enough walnuts to make 1 1/2 cups. Set aside.
In a microwave safe bowl, add sweetened condensed milk, white chocolate morsels, butter and salt.
Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring each time, until the mixture is melted.
Be careful not to burn the mixture.
Then add 1 1/4 cups of the chopped walnuts and the maple extract.
Stir together until combined.
Pour the mixture into your prepared pan.
Sprinkle the remaining walnuts on top.
Chill in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.
Lift the foil and the fudge out of the pan and cut into squares to serve.
Store in the refrigerator.
