Easter Bark
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fruit flavored mini marshmallows
- 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup pastel colored M&M's
- 12 ounces white almond bark
Directions
- Line an 8 x 8 baking pan with foil and set aside.
- In a bowl, add mini marshmallows, coconut and M&M's.
- Stir together and set aside.
- In a microwave safe cup or bowl, add the white almond bark.
- Melt in the microwave in 20 - 30 second intervals, stirring each time, until it is melted. Be careful not to burn it.
- Pour this over the marshmallow mixture.
- Quickly stir together and then pour the mixture into your prepared pan.
- Spread the mixture out evenly.
- Refrigerate for a few hours to set up.
- Cut into pieces to serve.
