Easter Bark |
Ingredients 2 cups fruit flavored mini marshmallows 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut 1/2 cup pastel colored M&M's 12 ounces white almond bark Directions Line an 8 x 8 baking pan with foil and set aside. In a bowl, add mini marshmallows, coconut and M&M's. Stir together and set aside. In a microwave safe cup or bowl, add the white almond bark. Melt in the microwave in 20 - 30 second intervals, stirring each time, until it is melted. Be careful not to burn it. Pour this over the marshmallow mixture. Quickly stir together and then pour the mixture into your prepared pan. Spread the mixture out evenly. Refrigerate for a few hours to set up. Cut into pieces to serve. |
