Coconut Macaroons



Ingredients:

  • 1, 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1, 14 ounce package flaked coconut
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • maraschino cherries (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Take a cookie sheet and line it with parchment paper. Set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, add sweetened condensed milk, flaked coconut, vanilla and flour.
  4. Stir together until well combined.
  5. Scoop a heaping teaspoonful of the mixture and place it onto your prepared cookie sheet.
  6. Repeat until you have used all of the mixture.
  7. Bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from oven and slide the parchment paper off the cookie sheet to cool.
  9. Add a piece of maraschino cherry to the top of each macaroon. (Optional).
