Coconut Macaroons
Ingredients:
- 1, 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 1, 14 ounce package flaked coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup flour
- maraschino cherries (optional)
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Take a cookie sheet and line it with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, add sweetened condensed milk, flaked coconut, vanilla and flour.
- Stir together until well combined.
- Scoop a heaping teaspoonful of the mixture and place it onto your prepared cookie sheet.
- Repeat until you have used all of the mixture.
- Bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and slide the parchment paper off the cookie sheet to cool.
- Add a piece of maraschino cherry to the top of each macaroon. (Optional).
