Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread


This easy recipe combines bananas, pineapple and nuts to make a delicious and flavorful bread.




Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 3 cups flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups mashed bananas
  • 1, 8 ounce can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/2 to 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Take two loaf pans and grease well. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, add sugar, eggs and oil.
Mix together until well combined.
Then add flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, mashed bananas, pineapple and vanilla.
Mix this together until it is well combined.
Then add the nuts and stir together.
Pour the mixture into your prepared pans.
Bake in the oven for 60 to 70 minutes or until done.
