In a large pot, add olive oil, carrots, celery, and onion.
Saute until onions are translucent.
Then add chicken stock, spaghetti sauce, diced tomatoes, sugar, black pepper and Italian seasoning.
Stir together well.
Simmer for 15 - 20 minutes or until your vegetables are tender.
Add tortellini and stir.
Cook for an additional 15 minutes or until the tortellini is tender.
