This is a spicy, healthy snack that is easy to throw together.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon garlic salt
3 cups pecan halves
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a large baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
In a bowl, add butter, chili powder, cayenne pepper, lime juice and garlic salt.
Stir together until well combined.
Add pecans and stir until pecans are evenly coated.
Evenly spread coated pecans onto prepared baking pan.
Bake in the oven for 12 - 14 minutes.
Shake the pan once or twice during baking.
Be careful not to burn them.
Remove from oven and spread pecans out on aluminum foil to cool.
Store in an air-tight container.
