Roasted Broccoli and Grape Tomatoes


A healthy and delicious side dish that is fast and easy to make!




Ingredients:

  • 1 - 1 1/2 pounds broccoli florets
  • 16 ounces grape tomatoes
  • 2 - 4 garlic cloves chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
On a large baking sheet add all of the ingredients.
Using clean hands, toss everything together to evenly coat.
Spread out into a single layer.
Roast in the oven for about 15 - 20 minutes.
