This recipe makes a quick, easy and delicious dinner!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (16 oz) can stewed tomatoes, cut-up, undrained
1 large green bell pepper chopped
1/2 cup long grain rice, uncooked
1/2 cup water
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Take a 2 qt casserole dish and spray it with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Be sure to drain off any excess liquid.
Remove skillet from heat and add next 8 ingredients.
Stir together until well combined.
Pour the mixture in your prepared casserole dish.
Cover and bake for 1 hour.
Remove from oven and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Return to oven for about 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
