Sweet Chicken
This recipe is easy to throw together and makes a delicious and sweet meal.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons catsup
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 6 to 8 chicken breasts
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Place chicken breasts in a 9 x 11 baking pan. Set aside.
In a heavy saucepan, add brown sugar, butter, catsup, worcestershire sauce and mustard.
Over medium heat, melt ingredients together, stirring frequently.
Pour sauce over chicken.
Cover and bake in the oven for 60 to 90 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
