This easy to make dinner combines bell peppers, onions and kielbasa served over rice.
Ingredients:
1 large green bell pepper, cut into pieces
1 large sweet onion, roughly chopped
1 lb kielbasa, cut into diagonal pieces
1 (28 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
1 cup white rice, uncooked
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place all of the ingredients into a 3 quart casserole dish.
Stir together until combined.
Cover and bake for approximately 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours.
