This is a delicious dessert that is great if you need a holiday treat in a hurry.
Ingredients:
1, 3.4 ounce package instant vanilla pudding
2 cups eggnog
1/2 teaspoon rum extract or 1 tablespoon rum (optional)
8 ounces Cool Whip, thawed or fresh whipped cream
1, 9 inch graham cracker pie crust
Whipped cream for garnish (optional)
Ground nutmeg for garnish (optional)
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, add instant vanilla pudding and eggnog.
Add rum extract or rum (optional).
Mix together for a couple of minutes until well combined.
Gently fold in Cool Whip or fresh whipped cream.
Spoon mixture into graham cracker pie crust.
Refrigerate for several hours to set up.
Garnish with whipped cream and ground nutmeg (optional).
