Crock Pot Pepperoncini Beef


This easy recipe makes a flavorful, tender and juicy shredded beef sandwich.




Ingredients:

  • 4 lbs of chuck roast, trimmed of excess fat
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1, 16 ounce, jar whole pepperoncini
  • hoagie buns

Directions:

In a crock pot, add chuck roast, beef broth and entire jar of pepperoncini.
Place on lid and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
Take out the peppers and remove the stems.
Remove the roast and shred it with two forks.
Place the shredded beef and pepperoncini back into the crock pot to let it soak up the juices.
Serve on a hoagie bun.
