Chicken and Veggie Bake


An easy and simple dinner that is made in one pan.




Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup zucchini, cut into chunks
  • 1 lb baby carrots
  • 1/2 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Place chicken into the bottom of a large baking dish or pan.
Add potatoes, zucchini and carrots and spread out evenly.
Pour dressing over the top.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
Bake in the oven for about 1 hour or until done.
