Wacky Cake
This wacky cake is a delicious and moist chocolate cake. It contains no eggs or dairy and is made in one pan.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup cold water
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.Sift together the dry ingredients into an 8 x 8 baking pan.
Make 3 holes in the dry ingredients.
Pour the vegetable oil into one hole, vinegar into another and finally vanilla into the last hole.
Next, pour the cold water over all the top.
Then mix this together well with a fork or whisk. Do not beat.
Now, just bake in the oven for about 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove from oven and place on a wire rack to cool.
