1, 21 ounce can cherry pie filling 1/4 teaspoon almond extract 1 cup sour cream 1 cup milk 1, 3.4 ounce package instant vanilla pudding whipped cream
In a bowl, mix together cherry pie filling and almond extract. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, add sour cream and milk.
Mix until well combined.
Then add instant vanilla pudding.
Beat together for a few minutes until the mixture thickens.
Take a small parfait glass and spoon in a layer of the pudding mixture.
Then add a layer of the cherry pie filling mixture.
Add another layer of the pudding.
Top with whipped cream and a cherry from your pie filling.
Makes about 2 parfaits. Recipe easily doubles or even triples.
