Pineapple Fluff
This pineapple fluff is a sweet and delicious dessert that combines cream cheese, pineapple, mini marshmallows and cherries.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup maraschino cherries
- 1, 8 ounce package cream cheese, at room temperature
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1, 20 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1, 8 ounce container whipped topping
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
Directions:
Drain maraschino cherries on paper towels.Then cut each one in half and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese and beat until smooth.
Add powdered sugar and beat until well combined. Next, add crushed pineapple and stir together.
Add whipped topping and mini marshmallows.
Gently fold these into the mixture.
Finally, fold in your maraschino cherries.
Cover and refrigerate for a few hours or preferably overnight before serving.
