Candied Carrots


This candied carrots recipe is super easy to make and takes just a few ingredients. Plus, it's made in one dish in the microwave.




Ingredients:

  • 16 ounces baby carrots
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons corn starch
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Directions:

In a microwave safe dish, add carrots and spread out evenly.
Sprinkle on brown sugar, corn starch and cinnamon.
Cut butter over the top.
Cover and cook on high in the microwave for 4 minutes.
Remove from microwave and stir until well combined.
Cover and microwave for an additional 4 minutes or until the carrots are tender.
Remove from microwave and stir before serving.
