Melting Snowballs

Delicious, melt in your mouth cookies that are easy to make!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter at room temperature
- 1/4 cup confectioners sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup all purpose flour
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, mix together butter, sugar, salt and vanilla extract until it is creamy and fluffy.Add flour and mix until well combined.
Cover and refrigerate for an hour or two, or until it is firm.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Form dough into 1 inch balls and place onto baking sheet.
Bake in the oven until the edges of the cookies just start to brown (10 - 13 minutes).
Remove from oven and top with confectioners sugar.
