Chocolate Walnut Fudge
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup roughly chopped walnuts
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Spray an 8 x 8 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
- Roughly chop enough walnuts to make 3/4 cup and set aside.
- In a heavy saucepan, add butter, evaporated milk, sugar and salt.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Once it comes to a full boil, boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and add mini marshmallows, semi-sweet chocolate chips, chopped walnuts, and vanilla.
- Stir together until marshmallows are melted.
- Pour into your prepared baking pan and let setup.
- Cut into pieces to serve.
