Chocolate Walnut Fudge


This rich and decadent fudge is easy to make... you don't even need a candy thermometer.




Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup roughly chopped walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

Spray an 8 x 8 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
Roughly chop enough walnuts to make 3/4 cup and set aside.
In a heavy saucepan, add butter, evaporated milk, sugar and salt.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Once it comes to a full boil, boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add mini marshmallows, semi-sweet chocolate chips, chopped walnuts, and vanilla.
Stir together until marshmallows are melted.
Pour into your prepared baking pan and let setup.
Cut into pieces to serve.
