Ingredients:

  • 20 ounce can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 3.4 ounce package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 21 ounce can cherry pie filling
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 8 ounce container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions

In a bowl, add crushed pineapple, almond extract and instant vanilla pudding mix.

Stir together until well combined.

Add can of cherry pie filling. If you like, you can remove a few of the cherries to use as garnish at the end.

Stir together well.

Add mini marshmallows and stir until combined.

Finally, add whipped topping and gently fold in.

Chill in the refrigerator for several hours to let the flavors blend together.
