Cake Mix Cookies
This recipe is simple to throw together and is easy to change with different flavored cake mixes.
Ingredients:
- 1, 18 ounce box cake mix, unprepared (any flavor)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.Take a cookie sheet and line it with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a bowl, add cake mix, vegetable oil and eggs.
Stir by hand until the mixture is smooth.
Drop by teaspoons onto your prepared cookie sheet.
Bake in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
