This is an easy and delicious egg and sausage casserole!
Ingredients:
1 lb sausage
8 slices bread (no crust)
8 eggs
2 cups milk
12 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Spray cooking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
In skillet over medium heat, brown sausage and drain.
Cut crust off bread and cut bread into cubes.
Place bread cubes into baking dish.
Pour sausage over bread.
In a mixing bowl, mix together eggs and milk and pour over bread and sausage layers.
Cover with foil and place in refrigerator over night.
Next morning, preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Sprinkle top of casserole with cheese and bake for 1 hour.
