Taco Chili


This recipe makes a delicious and hearty soup.




Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 2, 15.5 ounce cans kidney beans
  • 1, 15.25 ounce can whole kernel corn, undrained
  • 2, 14.5 ounce cans diced tomatoes

Directions:

In a 6 to 8 quart stockpot, add ground beef and chopped onion.
Brown over medium high heat and then drain off any excess liquid.
Add ranch dressing mix, taco seasoning mix, kidney beans, whole kernel corn and diced tomatoes.
Stir together well.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat, cover and let simmer for 15 - 30 minutes.
