Easy Chili

Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef
3, 16 ounce cans kidney beans, drained
2, 1 1/4 ounce packages mild chili seasoning mix
1, 4 ounce can green chilies
1, 64 ounce bottle tomato juice


Directions
In a large soup pot, add the ground beef.
Brown over medium heat. Drain any excess liquid.
Then add beans, chili seasoning mix and green chilies.
Stir together until well combined.
Next, pour just enough tomato juice to cover.
Stir together until well combined.
Bring to a boil and then simmer for 25 minutes.
Great served with shredded cheddar cheese on top.
