Crock Pot Corn Chowder |
Ingredients 1, 15 ounce can whole kernel corn, drained 1, 15 ounce can creamed corn 2 to 3 medium potatoes, cubed 1 onion, chopped salt and pepper to taste 2 cups chicken broth 2 cups milk 1/4 cup butter Directions In a slow cooker or crock pot, add corn, creamed corn, potatoes, onion, salt, pepper and broth. Stir together until combined. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours. Remove lid and add milk and butter. Stir together until combined. Put the lid back on and cook on high for an additional hour. |
