Cream Cheese Potato Soup

Ingredients
4 cups chicken broth
4 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/4 cup onions, minced
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1, 8 ounce package cream cheese, cut into chunks
1 tablespoon parsley
bacon, cooked and crumbled


Directions
In a medium to large soup pot, add chicken broth, potatoes, onion, seasoning salt and pepper.
Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently.
Bring to a boil and cook until potatoes are fork tender.
Reduce the heat and add the cream cheese.
Heat through until the cheese melts, stirring frequently.
Serve topped with parsley and cooked, crumbled bacon.
