Baked Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Chips


These baked chips are super easy to make and are great by themselves or served with dips or fruit salsa.




Ingredients:

  • 10, 6 inch flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 stick of butter, melted

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Take a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper.
Cut each flour tortilla into wedges and then place them in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
In a bowl, add the sugar and cinnamon.
Stir together well and then set aside.
Melt 1/2 stick of butter and coat the top of each tortilla wedge.
Evenly sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over each tortilla wedge. You can use as much or as little as you like.
Now, bake in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp.
Remove from oven and let cool.
Repeat with any remaining tortilla wedges.
Store in an airtight container.
