Scalloped Corn Supreme

Ingredients
2 (14 ounce) cans cream-style corn
1 cup milk
1 beaten egg
1 1/2 cups crumbled crackers, reserve 1/2 cup for topping
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons melted butter


Directions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Take a small baking dish and spray it with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
In a saucepan, add corn and milk.
Mix together over medium heat.
Gradually stir in beaten egg.
Then add 1 cup of crumbled crackers, dried minced onion and salt.
Mix until well combined and continue to heat until it almost comes to a boil.
Pour the mixture into your prepared baking dish.
In a bowl, add remaining 1/2 cup of cracker crumbs and melted butter.
Stir together until well combined.
Sprinkle on top of the mixture.
Bake in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
