Roasted Cabbage

Ingredients
1/4 medium green cabbage
2 tablespoons butter
salt and pepper to taste


Directions
Take your cabbage and clean, core and thinly slice it. Set aside.
In a large skillet, add butter.
Over medium heat, heat butter until hot.
Then add the sliced cabbage.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cook for about 10 minutes or until the cabbage is wilted, stirring occasionally.
Reduce the heat and continue cooking for an additional 10 minutes until the cabbage carmelizes.
Keep your eye on it because this can burn easily.
Remove from heat and let cool some before serving.
