Roasted Asparagus |
Ingredients 1 lb fresh asparagus 2 tablespoons olive oil 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Directions Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Rinse and clean asparagus. Snap off the woody ends of the asparagus. Dry asparagus between paper towels. Place on a baking sheet. Add olive oil, salt and black pepper. Toss together until the asparagus is evenly coated. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until tender. |
