Maple Glazed Carrots |
Ingredients 1/4 cup chopped pecans 3 cups baby carrots 1 cup water 2 Tbsp butter 1/4 cup maple syrup Directions Chop enough pecans to make 1/4 cup and set aside. In a saucepan, add baby carrots and water. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and cook for 10 minutes or until the carrots are tender. Remove from heat and drain the liquid. Then add butter, maple syrup and your chopped pecans. Stir together until the butter is melted. |
