Corn and Green Bean Casserole


This delicious side dish is really easy to put together and it's great for the holidays or anytime.




Ingredients:

  • 2, 14.5 ounce cans green beans, drained
  • 2, 15.25 ounce cans corn, drained
  • 1, 10.5 ounce can cream of celery soup
  • 2 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, add green beans, corn, cream of celery soup, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, diced celery and chopped onions.
Stir together until well combined.
Pour the mixture into an 8 x 8 baking dish and spread it out evenly. Set aside.
Crush Ritz crackers and place into a bowl.
Pour melted butter over the crushed crackers.
Stir together until evenly coated.
Place over the top of your corn and green bean mixture.
Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and place onto a wire rack.
